My partner and I are both HIV-positive, can we have a baby?

My partner and I were tested in 2005 and both of us are HIV-positive. Now I really need to have a child because I’m feeling pressure from my in-laws to have a child.

I have had two miscarriages so far and I want to know if it’s possible for me to be pregnant?

I’ve watch 3Talk on December 1 (World Aids Day) and they were talking about huge amounts of money it takes to have a child, and I cannot afford it. Does this mean some of us who are HIV-positive and can’t afford to pay for the right treatments can’t have kids? Please advise me if there’s anything that can help my situation.

Do the vitamins that you buy at shops work?

I heard from someone that the vitamins that you buy at shops don’t work. Is this true?
